J&C International, as a global trading company in the field of general trading, recognizing the importance of strategic item export management in enhancing corporate credibility and sustainable business management and declaring as follows.  All executives and employees deeply acknowledge that it is a corporation’s social responsibility to properly execute the strategic item export management system, and endeavor to share this view.  All executives and employees shall endeavor to establish necessary organizations and operating systems for autonomous control of strategic items, and all organizations of the company shall actively cooperate for the efficient and systematic operation of the strategic item management council.  All executive and employees cooperate with the government’s export management policies for strategic items, and make their best effort not to act against the Foreign Trade Act, including illegal export of strategic items.  It is the duty and responsibility of all executives and employees to comply with all laws and regulations, and the operation of the Compliance Program.
